Lamisil Cream is a convenient and easy to use cream used for the treatment of athlete's foot (tinea pedis). The active ingredient in Lamisil Cream is Terbinafine Hydrochloride, which is an anti-fungal medicine. Terbinafine Hydrochloride works by inhibiting the synthesis of a substance in the body that causes inflammation and tissue destruction. It is used to treat fungal infections of the skin, including athlete's foot. Terbinafine Hydrochloride cream should be applied to the affected area twice a day for four days, starting on the first day of your treatment and continuing for seven days.
Lamisil Cream should be used with caution in children, adolescents, and those with liver problems. Lamisil Cream is not recommended for use in pregnant or breastfeeding women.
Lamisil Cream may cause dizziness, drowsiness, blurred vision, or other side effects such as nausea or vomiting. If any of these effects last or get worse, tell your doctor or pharmacist promptly.
Do not use Lamisil Cream if you are allergic to any of its ingredients. Tell your doctor if you are taking any of the medicines listed at the end of the before the cream starts to work. Do not stop taking any medication without first talking to your doctor.
Keep out of reach of children. Do not use the cream in a hot water body or swimming pool or in the eyes.

Do not use Lamisil Cream if you are taking pimozide (used to treat a very rare disorder of the skin called porphyria). Lamisil Cream should be used with caution in patients who have a history of hypersensitivity to any of its components. Terbinafine Hydrochloride may cause increased skin sensitivity to UV rays such as sunlight or tanning beds. If you have a history of sunburn or other skin disorders, apply a thin layer of cream to the affected area and cover it with a small amount of gauze. Do not apply a bandage or plaster over the treated skin area.
Do not use Lamisil Cream if you are taking pimozide.
Do not apply the cream to broken or torn skin.
If you are allergic to any of the ingredients in the cream, tell your doctor or pharmacist before using this product. See the end of this Medication Guide for more details.
Lamisil Cream may affect the results of the blood clotting tests. If your doctor determines that these tests are normal, you should wait at least 14 days before having any tests. If your blood clotting tests show that they are normal, tell your doctor.

Other :Lamisil Cream may cause drowsiness, dryness, and skin rash. Do not drive or use machinery until you know how this medicine affects you.
Lamisil Cream may increase the level of uric acid in the blood. If you are urinating more than usual or if your blood pressure is low, do not urinate, and ask your doctor if you have any new or change of any medication. Tell your doctor if you have any change in your health condition.
It is very important that you follow your doctor's instructions for use.
If a painful or long-term condition occurs, tell your doctor or pharmacist promptly.
Lamisil Cream may interfere with the production of other drugs. Do not use Lamisil Cream if you are taking other medicines called anti-fungal medicines (fluconazole) or certain antidepressants (e.g. linezolid, amitriptyline) that are used to treat depression, anxiety, or psychotic disorders.

Lamisil Spray is for external use only. It should only be used as directed by your doctor. It is best used when the skin is clear and dry. If the skin is sensitive to light or has cracked skin, the product may make your skin less responsive. Use with caution in patients with a history of blood clots, high blood pressure, stroke, heart attack, or stroke.
